Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is the term which is defined as when you achieve orgasm very soon after putting your penis inside or penetrating your partner or even before putting or penetration. It can be helped by certain techniques which is used during sex, psychological treatments, creams, gel or sprays that numb your penis and, very occasionally, surgery.

What is premature ejaculation?

Put simply, premature ejaculation occurs when you achieve orgasm soon after, or even before, putting or penetrating your penis inside your partner’s sex organ (vagina). Premature ejaculation is the serious problem because of which neither you nor your partner will get sexual satisfaction. Millions of Doctors use these three features to decide whether a person has premature ejaculation. These are:

·        Ejaculation occurs always or nearly always within a minute of penetration.

·        You often have difficulty delaying ejaculation.

·        You find sex frustrating or distressing and tend to avoid it.

According to survey, Premature ejaculation (PE)—coming too soon—is men’s number one sexual complaint. From the teen years until age 60, it affects around one third of Indian men. After 60, erectile dysfunction becomes more prevalent, but even among older men, after this age men almost lost his sexual ability. a University of Delhi study suggests that 20 to 25 percent continue to have trouble with ejaculatory control.
